Caller ID on my phone has not worked since day one and they have no solution for this issue.(not on TV as ATT does not have this feature in all states.
They have admitted it is a known issue and they have been working on a fix for a long time and they have a test project going on in two states with caller ID on VOIP.

Caller ID may or may not work...warning...If you are lucky then you have no issue.
If you are like this writer you are out of luck on caller ID on your phone.

I have been a customer now for over two years and the quality of service has gotten worse. Uverse doesn't have the service or technicians to solve problems. The biggest issue most customers have is the service freezes and drops the connection. You wait anywhere between 5-10 minutes to regain service. I currently experience 40 drops a day without any solution from ATT. They have been out at my house everyday for the past 11 days without any improvement. When the service works, it is great…

I was quite happy find an Uverse Voice review.
I am still awaiting availability here in
Sherman Oaks California.
Wondering 2 things, first of all,
since I am not a Uverse subscriber
yet, I have no way to lookup
my 10digit number for the voice-mail service.
I would like to demo the quality.
Also, is the transmitionsimilar to a landline, or does
it have an echo/delay like wireless?
Since I am totally blind, none of those onscreen
items will help, but especially
there are 2 news channels I `really want
Thanks in advance if you can please give me an
818 access number
